The Sustainable System of Viticulture of Mountain is a progarma for the development of the culture of vine-stocks of grape for the production of quality wines in zones of mountain, affecting minimally in the orography and respecting the environment using novel forms of culture.

The program is subsidized by the European Union inside the Program LIFE.
